复合益生菌对三黄鸡生长与屠宰性能的影响OA

Effects of compound probiotics on growth and slaughter performance of Sanhuang chickens

为探究日粮中添加复合益生菌对三黄鸡养殖的影响,试验将200羽1日龄的三黄鸡随机分为4组(每组5个重复,每个重复10羽),各组分别饲喂添加0(对照)、0.5、1.0、1.5 g/kg 复合益生菌制剂(由地衣芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌等组成)的基础日粮,测定每组鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量等生长性能,过氧化氢酶、丙二醛等抗氧化能力指标以及屠宰体重、屠宰率、半净膛重等屠宰性能指标.结果表明,(1)与对照组相比,复合益生菌添加组肉鸡的终测体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量明显提高(P<0.05),料重比明显降低(P<0.05).(2)与对照组相比,复合益生菌添加组肉鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力明显升高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量明显降低(P<0.05);1.0和1.5 g/kg复合益生菌添加组肉鸡血清中过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性明显升高(P<0.05).(3)与对照组相比,复合益生菌添加组肉鸡的活体重、屠宰体重、半净膛重、半净膛率、胸肌重和腿肌重明显升高(P<0.05);1.0和1.5 g/kg复合益生菌添加组肉鸡的全净膛重、胸肌率和腿肌率明显升高(P<0.05).综合表明,复合益生菌有助于改善三黄鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能,提高抗氧化能力.

To explore the effects of adding compound probiotics to the diet on the rearing of Sanhuang chickens,200 one-day-old Sanhuang chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups(5 replicates per group,10 chickens per replicate).Each group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0(control),0.5,1.0,and 1.5 g/kg of compound probiotics(Composed of Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis),respectively.The average daily weight gain,average daily feed intake and other growth performance indicators,as well as antioxidant capacity indicators such as catalase and malondialdehyde,and slaughter performance indicators such as slaughter weight,slaughter rate,and half-carcass weight were measured for each group of chickens.The results showed that,(1)compared with the control group,the final body weight,average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of the compound probiotics added groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)compared with the control group,the levels of superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in the serum of the compound probiotics added groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the serum of the 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg compound probiotics added groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)compared with the control group,the live weight,slaughter weight,half-carcass weight,half-carcass rate,breast muscle weight and leg muscle weight of the compound probiotics added groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);the full-carcass weight,breast muscle rate and leg muscle rate of the 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg compound probiotics added groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,compound probiotics are helpful to improve the growth performance and slaughter performance of Sanhuang chickens and enhance their antioxidant capacity.
