黄淮区域芝麻集约化栽培技术模式比较试验OA
Comparative experiment on intensive cultivation techniques of sesame in the Huang-Huai Region
为研究集成化栽培在黄淮区域芝麻上的增产效果,选择该区域表现较好的阜芝006、阜芝125和驻芝21等7个芝麻品种,以常规管理为对照,设置播前药剂拌种+苗期防控枯萎病和茎点枯病+花蒴期防控叶斑病,初花期追施磷酸二铵与硫酸二氢钾,盛花期叶面喷施1~2次磷酸二氢钾为集约化栽培技术模式,测定各芝麻品种在不同技术模式下的始蒴高度、物候期、植株生长状况、主要经济性状、抗病性和产量。结果表明,与常规管理相比,集约化栽培技术模式下的芝麻物候期缩短(86~98 d),经济性状表现较好(阜芝125空梢尖长8.1 cm、单株蒴数104.2个、单株重12.2 g,阜芝9号始蒴节位8.3节、有效果节数22.1个),对茎点枯病和枯萎病的防治效果较好,产量明显提高(1 848.00~2 187.50 kg/hm 2 )。综上,应用集约化栽培技术模式在一定程度上能缩短芝麻的物候期、促进植株生长、改善经济性状和提高抗病性,并提高产量,进而提升芝麻规模化种植的经济效益。本文为芝麻的规模化种植提供参考。
To study the yield-increasing effect of intensive cultivation on sesame in the Huang-Huai Region, 7 sesame varieties with good performance in this area, namely Fuzhi 006, Fuzhi 125 and Zhuzhi 21, were selected. With conventional management as the control, a intensive cultivation technology model was set up, including pre-sowing seed treatment with chemicals + control of wilt disease and stem-end blight during the seedling stage + control of leaf spot disease during the flowering and fruiting stage, applying superphosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate during the early flowering stage, and spraying potassium dihydrogen phosphate on the leaves 1-2 times during the peak flowering period. The initial capsule height, phenological periods, plant growth conditions, main economic traits, disease resistance and yield of each sesame variety under different technology models were measured. The results showed that compared with conventional management, the sesame growth stage under the intensive cultivation technology mode was shortened (86-98 days), and its economic traits were better (for Fuzhi 125, the tip length of the empty shoot was 8.1 cm, the number of capsules per plant was 104.2, and the weight per plant was 12.2 g; for Fuzhi 9, the initial capsule position was 8.3 nodes and the effective fruit number was 22.1). The control effect of stem tip blight and wilt disease was also good, and the yield was significantly increased (1 848.00-2 187.50 kg/hm 2 ). In conclusion, the application of intensive cultivation techniques can shorten the phenological period, promote plant growth and enhance disease resistance, and increase yield, thereby enhancing the economic benefits of large-scale sesame cultivation.
