以马克思主义实践观、职业教育价值导向理论及文化传承创新理论为基石,系统探讨将工匠精神嵌入职业院校思政课教学的理论逻辑、现实困境与实践路径.理论层面,三大理论分别奠定了工匠精神的哲学根基、揭示了技能与德育的协同发展、推动了工匠精神的时代转化.现实层面,职业院校面临课程体系的结构性矛盾、教学场域拓展受限以及师资队伍建设中存在深层短板等挑战.为此,提出三条核心实践路径:一是构建涵盖目标、内容、方法的"三位一体"课程框架;二是打造"虚实融合"的协同育人生态,打破时空与机制壁垒;三是培育高质量的"双师型"思政教学团队,实现工匠精神与思政教育的有机融合.

Based on Marxist praxis theory,value-oriented theories of vocational education,and cultural inheritance and innovation theory,this study systematically explores the theoretical logic,practical challenges,and implementation pathways for integrating the"craftsman spirit"into ideological and political education.Theoretically,these three foundational theories establish the philosophical basis of craftsman spirit,reveal the synergistic relationship between technical skills and moral education,and promote its contemporary transformation.Practically,vocational colleges face challenges such as structural contradictions in the curriculum system,limitations in expanding teaching environments,and imbalances in the quantity and quality of"double-qualified"teachers.To address these issues,three core pathways are proposed:firstly,constructing a"trinity"curriculum framework encompassing objectives,contents and methods;secondly,creating a"virtual-real integration"collaborative education ecosystem to break down spatiotemporal and institutional barriers;thirdly,cultivating high-quality"double-qualified"ideological and political teaching teams.These measures aim to effectively overcome existing challenges and achieve the organic integration of the craftsman spirit into ideological and political education.
