高职院校教师企业实践深度参与路径研究OA
Research on the Paths of Deep Participation in Enterprise Practice of Higher Vocational College Teachers
为破解高职院校教师企业实践中长期存在的"观光式""边缘化"等浅表化问题,推动实践成果向教学与科研有效转化,基于扎根理论,通过对6所高职院校20份正式制度文本与108名相关人员近118小时访谈资料的编码分析,构建了以"价值协同—路径协同—评价协同"为核心的教师企业实践深度参与机制模型.研究发现,当前实践面临价值目标割裂、组织形式松散、保障机制滞后与评价导向偏差等结构性困境.对此,提出高职院校教师企业实践深度参与的路径:统筹三方利益诉求,构建目标一致、责任共担的价值共同体;改革原有组织形式,推行基于技术攻关的团队嵌入式实践模式;强化要素资源供给,建立适配深度参与需求的经费与时间保障体系;确立成果产出导向,完善多元参与、双向反馈的绩效评价机制.
To address the long-standing superficial issues in the enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as"sightseeing-style"and"marginalization",and to promote the effective transformation of practical achievements into teaching and research,a mechanism model for teachers'deep participation in enterprise practice centered on"value synergy—path synergy—evaluation synergy"was constructed based on grounded theory.This was achieved through coding analysis of 20 institutional texts and 118 hours of interview data with 108 relevant personnel from six higher vocational colleges.The study found that current practices face structural dilemmas,including fragmented value objectives,loose organizational forms,lagging support mechanisms,and biased evaluation orientations.In response,paths for the deep participation of teachers in enterprise practice at higher vocational colleges are proposed:coordinating the interests and demands of three parties,and building a value community with consistent goals and shared responsibilities;reforming the original organizational forms,and implementing a team-embedded practice model based on technological breakthroughs;strengthening the supply of essential resources,and establishing a funding and time support system tailored to the needs of deep participation;and establishing an outcome-oriented approach,and improving a performance evaluation mechanism featuring multi-party participation and two-way feedback.
