第二期"双高计划"背景下高职专业群建设的现实困境与改革路径OA
Practical Dilemma and Practical Paths of Specialty Clusters Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Second Phase of"Double-high Plan"
在第二期"双高计划"深入推进的背景下,高职教育专业群建设对于服务国家战略、驱动产业升级、深化职教改革、优化校内资源及提升人才培养质量具有核心价值.然而,当前建设实践中仍面临群内协同机制不畅、产教融合深度不足、课程体系重构滞后、"双师型"教师队伍存在结构性矛盾以及评价激励体系不健全等多重现实困境.为应对上述挑战,可以系统思维、动态适应、融合创新、能力本位、开放协同和特色发展为主要思路,通过创新治理模式完善组织管理体制,深化平台共建打造产教融合载体,系统重构课程体系并推进"五金"建设,强化"双师型"教师队伍教学创新团队建设,构建科学、开放、持续改进的质量保障体系来推进高职专业群的高质量建设.
Against the backdrop of the deepening of the second phase of"double-high plan",the construction of vocational education specialty clusters has core value in serving national strategies,driving industrial upgrading,deepening vocational education reform,optimizing campus resources,and improving the quality of talent cultivation.However,in the current construction practice,there are still multiple practical difficulties such as poor coordination mechanisms within the group,insufficient depth of industry-education integration,lagging curriculum system reconstruction,structural contradictions in the"double-qualified"teaching teams,and an incomplete evaluation and incentive system.To address the above challenges,the main ideas include systematic thinking,dynamic adaptation,integrated innovation,competency based approach,open collaboration,and characteristic development.Through innovative governance models,the organizational management system can be improved,platform co-construction can be deepened to create a carrier for the industry-education integration,the curriculum system can be systematically restructured,and the construction of"hardware"can be promoted.The ability of"double-qualified"teaching innovation teams can be strengthened,and a scientific,open and continuously improving quality assurance system can be constructed to promote the high-quality construction of higher vocational specialty clusters.
