中老年2型糖尿病患者25-羟维生素D水平与血脂异常发生风险的关系OA
Relationship Between 25-Hydroxyvitamin D Levels and Risk of Dyslipidemia in Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes
目的:探究与分析中老年 2 型糖尿病患者 25-羟维生素D(25-OH-VitD)水平与血脂异常发生风险的关系.方法:选取 2024 年 6 月—2025 年 5 月滨州市中心医院收治的 45 例中老年 2 型糖尿病患者作为观察组,同时选取同期在本院体检的 45 名正常中老年人作为对照组,全部人员在入院后均进行问卷调查、体格检查以及生化指标检测并进行比较,采用实施Pearso相关性分析25-OH-VitD与血糖及血脂指标的关系,采用多元回归分析 25-OH-VitD水平对血脂异常风险的预测作用.结果:观察组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于对照组,25-OH-VitD水平及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施Pearso相关分析可见,25-OH-VitD与FBG、HbA1c、TC、TG及LDL-C水平均呈现明显的负相关,与HDL-C水平呈现明显的正相关.多元线性回归分析可见,25-OH-VitD与FBG、HbA1c、TG及LDL-C水平之间明显相关.结论:低 25-OH-VitD水平与 2 型糖尿病患者的血糖控制不良与血脂异常风险增加有关.
Objective:To explore and analyze the association between 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-VitD)levels and the risk of dyslipidemia in middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 45 middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled as the study group from June 2024 to May 2025,and 45 healthy middle-aged and elderly individuals were selected as the control group.All participants underwent questionnaires,physical examinations,and biochemical tests.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between 25-OH-VitD levels and glucose and lipid parameters.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the predictive effect of 25-OH-VitD levels on the risk of dyslipidemia.Result:The observation group demonstrated significantly higher levels of FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,and LDL-C,along with significantly lower levels of 25-OH-VitD and HDL-C compared to the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis revealed significant inverse correlation between 25-OH-VitD levels and FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels,while a significant positive correlation was observed with HDL-C levels(P<0.05).Furthermore,multiple linear regression analysis confirmed that 25-OH-VitD was independently associated with FBG,HbA1c,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels.Conclusion:Low levels of 25-OH-VitD are closely associated with poor glycemic control and increased risk of dyslipidemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.
