血清IL-8、LPS表达水平与重症急性胰腺炎患者短期预后的关系OA

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression levels of serum interleukin-8(IL-8)and endotoxin[Lipopolysaccharide(LPS)]and the short-term prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP),and to provide new reference indicators for the early clinical assessment of patients'conditions and prognosis.Method:120 SAP patients who visited the Hospital of the Guangdong Armed Police Corps from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were classified into a favorable prognosis group(n=98)and an unfavorable prognosis group(n=22)based on their short-term prognosis.The expression levels of serum IL-8 and LPS in the two groups were detected,and their correlations with the short-term prognosis of the patients were analyzed.Result:Serum IL-8 and LPS expression levels were higher in the poor prognosis group than in the favorable prognosis group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-8 and LPS are both independent risk factors for the short-term prognosis of SAP patients.ROC curve analysis shows that they have certain predictive value for the short-term prognosis of patients.Conclusion:Serum IL-8 and LPS expression levels are closely associated with the short-term prognosis of SAP patients.The combined detection can provide an important basis for the early assessment of the prognosis of patients and a reference for formulating personalized treatment plans.
