格林模式下健康教育联合正性暗示干预对突发性耳聋患者的影响OA
Influence of Health Education Combined with Positive Suggestion Intervention Under the Green Model of Patients with Sudden Deafness
目的:探究格林模式下健康教育联合正性暗示干预对突发性耳聋(SSNHL)患者的影响.方法:前瞻性选取 2023 年8 月—2025 年 1 月样本医院收治的 92 例SSNHL患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组(常规健康教育干预,46 例)和观察组(在对照组的基础予格林模式下健康教育联合正性暗示干预,46 例).比较两组干预后的护理疗效、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)]及护理总满意度水平.结果:观察组干预后的护理总有效率、WHOQOL-BREF、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于格林模式的健康教育联合正性暗示干预可有效SSNHL患者的护理质量,降低患者的负性情绪,并提高其生活质量及对本院护理的满意度.
Objective:To explore the influence of health education combined with positive suggestion intervention under the Green model on patients with sudden deafness(SSNHL).Method:A total of 92 patients with SSNHL admitted to sample hospitals from August 2023 to January 2025 were prospectively selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(receiving conventional health education intervention,46 cases)and the observation group(receiving health education combined with positive suggestion intervention under the Green model on the basis of the control group,46 cases).The nursing efficacy,negative emotions[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Short Form(WHOQOL-BREF)]and total satisfaction level of nursing after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of nursing,WHOQOL-BREF,and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group after intervention were all higher than those in the control group,while the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on the Green model combined with positive suggestion intervention can effectively improve the nursing quality of SSNHL patients,reduce their negative emotions,and enhance their quality of life and satisfaction with the nursing in the hospital.
