乳腺癌改良根治术后患者心理资本现状的影响因素及心理干预对策OA

Objective:To analyze the factors related to the current status of postoperative psychological capital of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy(MRM)for breast cancer and to construct psychological intervention countermeasures.Method:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 156 postoperative MRM patients admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to June 2024,the patients were divided into the negative group and the positive group according to the score of the positive psychological capital questionnaire(PPQ).The clinical data of the research subjects were collected and compared,and logistic regression analysis was conducted on the indicators with differences to explore the relevant factors influencing the current status of patients'psychological capital,and psychological intervention countermeasures were constructed for the relevant influencing factors.Result:According to the PPQ score,119 patients had a PPQ score of≥120.There were statistically significant differences between the negative group and the positive group in terms of postoperative complications,mindfulness levels,trauma growth,and social restrictions(P<0.05).The difference items were calculated by logistic regression,and the results showed that postoperative complications,level of positive thinking,traumatic growth,and social restriction were the factors influencing whether the psychological capital of MRM patients was positive or not after surgery.Conclusion:The relevant factors affecting the level of positive psychological capital of MRM patients after surgery include postoperative complications,positive thinking level,traumatic growth,and social restriction,and screening the high-risk group by analyzing the above factors can provide strong support for the clinical development of prevention and treatment programs.
