A study on the empowerment of innovative cultivation of high-skilled talents by artificial intelligence in higher vocational colleges
人工智能技术为高职院校高技能人才创新培养提供了新的机遇和挑战.目前高职教育中存在产教协同深度不足、专业能力培养结构性失衡、教学供给模式僵化、数字化转型适配困境等问题.人工智能赋能专业设置与课程体系改革、教学模式与方法创新、教学资源开发、实践教学与技能训练优化、师资队伍建设、教学评价体系构建、职业生涯规划与就业岗位匹配等,可以提高教育质量,满足社会对高素质高技能人才的需求.
Artificial intelligence technology provides new opportunities and challenges for innovative training of high-skilled talents in vocational colleges.At present,there are problems in higher vocational education such as insufficient depth of industry education collaboration,structural imbalance in professional ability cultivation,rigid teaching supply mode,and difficulties in adapting to digital transformation.Artificial intelligence empowers professional settings and curriculum system reform,innovative teaching modes and methods,development of teaching resources,optimization of practical teaching and skills training,construction of teaching staff,construction of teaching evaluation system,career planning and job matching,etc.,which can improve the quality of education and meet the demand of society for high-quality and high skilled talents.
