集对分析联系数方法在旱灾风险评估中的应用进展OA

针对区域旱灾风险评估中存在的不确定性定量问题,聚焦其评价指标这一核心要素,系统梳理了与评价指标(研究变量)有关的不确定性集对分析联系数方法在区域旱灾风险评估中的理论与实践,深入阐述了联系数方法在旱灾风险因子诊断、评价指标体系构建与赋权、单指标评价子系统评价和系统评价,以及结果随机模拟等关键环节中的应用.结果表明,联系数方法在定量解析与旱灾风险评价指标有关的不确定性关系方面具有明显优势;通过将该方法应用过程纳入亚里士多德三段论框架,揭示了在旱灾风险评估中评价指标作为中项连接评价对象和评价目标的"中项联系原理".该原理可推广至建模、预测、评价等其他结构水资源学方法,凸显了研究变量在复杂系统分析中的核心作用.最后,文章指出未来该方法研究重点方向和趋势.

Aiming at the uncertainty problems existing in regional drought risk assessment,this paper focuses on the core element of evaluation indicators in drought risk assessment,the theories and practices of the set pair analysis connection number method related to evaluation indicators(research variables)in regional drought risk assessment are systematically sorted out,and the applications of the connection number method in key links are elaborated on,such as drought risk factor diagnosis,construction and weighting of evaluation indicator systems,evaluation of single-index subsystems and comprehensive system evaluation,as well as stochastic simulation of assessment results.The results indicate that the connection number methods exhibit distinct advantages in quantitatively analyzing the uncer-tainty relationship related to drought risk assessment indicators.By incorporating the application steps of the connec-tion number method into the framework of Aristotle's syllogism,this assessment reveals the"middle term connection principle"—where evaluation indicators,acting as the middle term,serve as the link between evaluation objects and evaluation objectives in drought risk assessment.This principle can be extended to other structural water resources science methods such as modeling,prediction,and evaluation,highlighting the core role of research variables in sys-tematic analysis.Finally,the study prospects the key directions and trends of future research on this method.
