AI驱动园林专业技能标准重构的三维融合育人研究OA

智慧园林产业升级催生新的岗位需求,高职园林专业面临教育供给滞后、人才适配失衡、区域断层三重矛盾.该研究以智能化专业技能标准重构为核心,构建"技术-课程-评价"三维融合驱动模型,通过课程重构、实训升级、师资转型和评价创新"四位一体"育人路径,系统性破解矛盾,为专业智能化转型提供可复制范式.

The upgrading of the smart landscaping industry has catalyzed a surge in new occupational demands,leaving higher vocational landscape programs grappling with a triple contradiction of lagging educational supply,an imbalance in talent alignment,and regional disparities.To address these challenges systematically,this study proposes taking the reconstruction of intelligent profes-sional skill standards as its core.It constructs a three-dimensional integration-driven model encompassing"Technology-Curriculum-Evaluation,"which is operationalized through an integrated educational path featuring curriculum restructuring,practical training upgrading,teacher transformation,and evaluation innovation.The findings provide a replicable paradigm for the intelligent transforma-tion of higher vocational landscape technology majors,effectively bridging the gap between industry needs and educational output.
