中医药健康促进行动背景下实施骨健康计划的现实意义、理论内涵与发展路径OA

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Promotion Initiative,drafted and issued under the leadership of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has designated bone health as a key priority area.This paper aims to systematically examine the contemporary significance of the bone health program within the context of this initia-tive,specifically:its inevitability in responding to national strategic imperatives,its urgency in addressing public health challenges,and its pioneering role in transforming healthcare service models.Furthermore,this study provides an in-depth exposition of the program's theoretical underpinnings,which are centered on the core concept of"life-course management"and structured around the traditional Chinese medicine framework of"sinew-vessel-muscle-bone-marrow".Finally,draw-ing upon top-level national strategic design and current implementation gaps,this paper proposes key pathways for the fu-ture implementation of the bone health program across four dimensions:system development,capacity building,technolog-ical empowerment,and multi-stakeholder governance.The aim is to provide academic support and policy recommen-dations for advancing the unique role of traditional Chinese medicine in safeguarding bone health for the entire popula-tion.
