中医适宜技术在维持性血液透析患者疲乏中的应用进展OA

疲乏是维持性血液透析患者最常见的并发症之一,且发病率逐渐增高,严重影响患者生活质量和临床预后,因此积极探索行之有效的治疗手段势在必行.中医适宜技术以其独特的理论体系,可为血液透析患者提供更为全面、个性化的预防和治疗方案,在改善维持性血液透析患者疲乏方面展现出独特优势.本文对维持性血液透析患者疲乏的概念、病因病机及相关中医适宜技术的应用进行阐述,并提出中医适宜技术在维持性血液透析患者疲乏中的不足及展望,以期为减轻维持性血液透析患者疲乏症状、改善其生活质量提供参考依据.
Fatigue is one of the most common complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and its incidence rate is gradually increasing,seriously affecting their quality of life and clinical prognosis.Therefore,it is imperative to actively explore effective treatment methods.With its unique theoretical system,appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine can provide more comprehensive and personalized prevention and treatment plans for hemodialysis patients,and show unique advantages in improving the fatigue of maintenance hemodialysis patients.This paper expounds the concept,etiology and mechanism of fatigue in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and the application of relevant appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in maintenance hemodialysis patients'fatigue,in order to provide reference for reducing fatigue symptoms and improving quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
