铁死亡的发生机制及其在甲状腺癌中的研究进展OA
Mechanisms of ferroptosis and its progress in thyroid cancer
甲状腺癌(TC)是内分泌系统和头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,2003-2012 年我国TC发病率平均每年增长 20.4%,并呈现出年轻化趋势.世界卫生组织数据显示,2020 年全球新发病例约 58 万例,中国约占 1/3(约20 万例).细胞铁死亡作为一种新型程序性细胞死亡方式,是在铁代谢、脂质代谢及谷胱甘肽氧化还原等机制调节下参与一系列病理生理过程.通过对铁死亡机制的研究发现其在病理生理学上与TC存在一定共同特点.基于此,本文针对铁死亡的发生机制以及其在TC中的潜在致病机制进行论述,旨在为铁死亡相关基础研究与TC临床治疗提供新的思路.
Thyroid cancer(TC)is the most common malignant tumor in the endocrine system and the head and neck region.During the period from 2003 to 2012,the incidence rate of thyroid cancer in our country increased by an average of 20.4%per year and showed a trend of becoming younger.Data from the World Health Organization shows that in 2020,there were approximately 580,000 new cases worldwide,with China accounting for about one-third(around 200,000 cases).Ferroptosis,as a novel form of programmed cell death,is involved in a series of pathophysiological processes regulated by mechanisms such as iron metabolism,lipid metabolism,and glutathione redox.Research on the mechanisms of ferroptosis has revealed certain similarities with TC in pathophysiology.Based on this,this paper discusses the mechanisms of ferroptosis and its potential pathogenic mechanisms in TC,aiming to provide new ideas for basic research on ferroptosis and clinical treatment of TC.
