渔业生态可持续发展与渔业经济产出的互动关系研究OA
Research on the interaction between fishery ecological sustainability and fishery economic output
在当前渔业经济规模不断扩大和渔业资源可持续发展问题日益突出的背景下,有必要考察渔业生态可持续发展与经济产出之间的互动关系.本文利用2000-2022年全球渔业生态足迹和渔业生产总量数据,在描述渔业生态水平和渔业经济产出水平时空演变的基础上,采用自回归模型(PVAR模型)实证检验了渔业生态可持续发展和渔业经济产出之间的相互影响.结果显示渔业生态可持续发展压力的增加在短期提升了其渔业经济产出,而在长期则显著降低了其渔业经济产出;渔业经济产出对渔业生态可持续发展压力呈现出持续显著但逐步趋弱的动态效应.基于此,文章提出了合理调整渔业产出动态配额、建立动态渔业资源预警系统及加大渔业相关领域投入三方面的政策建议,以期为我国渔业生态经济可持续发展提供有益参考.
In the context of the continuous expansion of fishery economy and the increasingly prominent issue of sustainable development of fishery resources,it is necessary to examine the interaction between fishery ecological sustainability and economic output.Based on the data of global fishery ecological footprint and total fishery production from 2000 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the interaction between fishery ecological sustainability and economic output in a country on the basis of describing the spatiotemporal evolution of fishery ecological level and fishery economic output level.The results show that an increase in the pressure of sustainable development on fishery ecology in a country can boost its fishery economic output in the short term but significantly reduce it in the long term.Moreover,the impact of fishery economic output on the pressure of sustainable development on fishery ecology is dynamically significant but gradually weakening over time.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward three policy suggestions:rationally adjusting the dynamic quota of fishery output,establishing a dynamic early warning system for fishery resources,and increasing investment in fishery-related fields,in order to provide a useful reference for the sustainable development of fishery ecological economy in China.
