智慧门诊药房的构建与运行效果分析OA
Construction and Operational Effectiveness Analysis of An Intelligent Outpatient Pharmacy
目的 为医疗机构药房智能化升级提供参考.方法 分析重庆医科大学附属第一医院智慧门诊药房建设内容与运行模式,构建集自动化设备、智能处方审核与点评、线上药学服务及智能叫号系统于一体的智慧药房体系.对比实施前后患者平均取药等候时间、药品出门调剂差错率、药师工作量、患者满意度.结果 智慧门诊药房实施后患者平均等候时间由 11.0 min缩短至 4.8 min(P<0.01);药品出门调剂差错率由 0.1917‱降至 0.0317‱(P<0.01);药师调剂工作量减少 40%,人力优化转向药学服务;患者满意度得分(满分 10 分)由 8.82 分升至 9.21 分(P<0.01).结论 智慧药房有效突破了传统模式瓶颈,显著提升了服务效率与质量,保障了用药安全并改善患者体验,对提升医疗服务质量具有重要实践价值.
Objective To provide references for the intelligent upgrading of pharmacy in medical institutions.Methods The construction content and operational mode of the intelligent outpatient pharmacy at The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were analyzed.An intelligent pharmacy system integrating automated equipment,intelligent prescription review and evaluation,online pharmaceutical services,and intelligent queuing system was established.The average patient waiting time for drug dispensing,error rate of drug dispensing outside,pharmacists'workload,and patients'satisfaction before and after implementation were compared.Results After implementation of the intelligent pharmacy,the average patient waiting time for drug dispensing was shortened from 11.0 min to 4.8 min(P<0.01);the error rate of drug dispensing outside was decreased from 0.191 7‱ to 0.031 7‱(P<0.01);pharmacists'workload was reduced by 40%,allowing human resources optimized and towarded to pharmaceutical services;the patients'satisfaction score(out of 10 points)was increased from 8.82 points to 9.21 points(P<0.01).Conclusion The intelligent pharmacy has effectively overcome the bottlenecks of the traditional model,significantly improved service efficiency and quality,ensured medication safety,enhanced patient experience,and holds important practical value for improving the quality of healthcare services.
