Design,creation,and application of 3D animated videos for Neurosurgical perioperative procedures
目的 探索神经外科围手术期3D动画视频的设计创作及应用效果.方法 通过资料收集、手术观摩、脚本设计,使用3DPainter、Powerpoint 2019软件和Cartoon Animator 4 PRO软件创作神经外科围手术期3D动画视频,制作完成后实施专家函询,根据意见修改定稿并应用于临床护士培训,在培训前后进行理论测试,观察培训效果.结果 专家函询评价得分(51.57±3.15);培训前护士理论测试得分37.5(35,40),培训后护士理论测试得分42.5(40,45)(Z=-2.798,P<0.01).结论 神经外科围手术期3D动画视频为临床护理培训提供了一种创新方法,值得在今后的教学中进一步使用.
Objective To explore the design,creation,and application effects of 3D animated videos for Neurosurgical perioperative procedures.Methods Through data collection,surgical obser-vation,and script design,3D animated videos for Neurosurgical perioperative procedures were cre-ated using 3DPainter,PowerPoint 2019,and Cartoon Animator 4 PRO.After completion,expert feedback was collected,and revisions were made based on suggestions before finalizing the videos for clinical nursing training.Theoretical tests were administered before and after training to evaluate the effectiveness.Results Expert feedback scores averaged(51.57±3.15);pre-training nursing theo-retical test scores were 37.5(35,40)points,while post-training scores reached 42.5(40,45)points(Z=-2.798,P<0.01).Conclusion The 3D animated videos for Neurosurgical perioperative training provide an innovative method for clinical nursing education,demonstrating its value for future instructional applications.
