基于文献计量学的人工智能在手术教学领域应用的全球研究现状及热点分析OA

Bibliometric analysis of global research status and hotspots in artificial intelligence applications for surgical education

目的 系统分析全球人工智能在手术教学领域应用的文献,为我国手术教学未来发展提供思路.方法 利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件,对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和科学引文数据库(web of science,WoS)核心合集中的相关文献进行作者、研究机构、国家、关键词等的文献计量学可视化分析.结果 共纳入CNKI文献93篇和WoS文献310篇.国际上年发文量在近年来呈爆发式上升;发文量前三的国家是美国、中国、日本;在国际上发文较多的中国机构有北京大学、中国科学院、上海交通大学.国际上研究热点学科分布广泛但研究较为具体,主题包含结直肠肿瘤、数字病理学、虚拟现实、手术技能、人工智能、前列腺切除术、深度学习、颅内外动脉搭桥手术、机器人手术、吲哚菁绿;国内研究热点较宏观,如机器人、医学教育、扩展现实、新政策等.结论 国内人工智能在手术教学领域应用较国外发展缓慢,未来可依托国内先进机构搭建跨学科平台,衔接"医学+X"政策红利,完善政策以保障医疗安全,加速技术在教学应用中的转化,对AI教学工具转化的效能加以验证,不断完善课程体系.

Objective To conduct a systematic analysis of the global literature on the applica-tion of AI in surgical education,and provide insights for the future development of surgical education in China.Methods Bibliometric visualization analysis of authors,institutions,countries,and key-words was conducted using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software,based on literature retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection data-bases.Results A total of 93 CNKI and 310 WoS publications were included.International annual pub-lications surged exponentially in recent years.The top three countries by publication volume were the United States,China,and Japan.Leading Chinese institutions contributing internationally included Peking University,Chinese Academy of Sciences,and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.International research hotspot disciplines were widely distributed,but the research tended to be highly specific,including colorectal neoplasms,digital pathology,virtual reality,surgical skills,AI,prostatec-tomy,deep learning,ec-ic bypass,robotic surgery,indocyanine green.Domestic research empha-sized broader themes such as robotics,medical education,extended reality,and policy innovations.Conclusion AI application in surgical education progresses more slowly in China compared with global advancements.Future efforts should leverage leading domestic institutions to establish interdis-ciplinary platforms,harness policy dividends based on the"Medicine+X"initiative,refine regulatory frameworks for medical safety,accelerate translational adoption of AI teaching tools,validate their pedagogical efficacy,and continuously optimize curricular systems.
