小胶质细胞在癫痫发生中作用的研究进展OA
Research progress on role of microglia in development of epilepsy
近年来,越来越多的学者探索小胶质细胞与癫痫之间的关系,发现小胶质细胞通过极化与吞噬介导的神经炎症、氧化应激、血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)破坏、神经形成等都与癫痫的发作关系密切.众多研究发现,小胶质细胞在癫痫的发生中具有促进与抑制的双向调节作用,主要与其表型、极化有关.该文以小胶质细胞与癫痫发生为切入点,梳理近年来小胶质细胞极化与吞噬介导的神经炎症等情况在癫痫发作中的作用,旨在为临床预防及治疗癫痫提供新思路及靶点.
In recent years,an increasing number of scholars have explored the relationship between microglia and epilepsy,discovering that neuroinflammation mediated by microglia through polarization and phagocytosis,oxidative stress,destruc-tion of the blood-brain barrier,neurogenesis,etc.are closely related to the onset of epilepsy.Numerous studies have found that microglia play a bidirectional regulatory role in the occur-rence of epilepsy,which is mainly related to their phenotypes and polarization.Taking microglia and the onset of epilepsy as the starting point,this paper reviews the role of microglia polar-ization and phagocytosis-mediated neuroinflammation in epilep-tic seizures in recent years,aiming to provide new ideas and tar-gets for the clinical prevention and treatment of epilepsy.
