目的 本研究通过文献计量学方法,系统分析1999~2025年听觉诱发电位(AEP)在人工耳蜗(CI)领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为该领域的科研布局与临床实践提供参考.方法 基于Web of science核心合集数据库检索相关文献,运用VOS viewer和citespace等工具对纳入的568篇文献进行年度分布、国家/机构合作、核心作者、高被引文献及关键词共现与突现分析.结果 该领域年发文量呈波动上升趋势,2022年与2024年为发文高峰期.多伦多大学和美国为核心研究力量.高被引文献集中于听觉发育关键期、电生理评估标准等主题.关键词分析表明,该领域研究从初期的电刺激和神经机制探讨,逐步演进至听力保留、腔内电耳蜗图等精细技术及多学科交叉方向.结论 AEP在CI领域的研究从基础机制向临床应用与多模态评估拓展,未来需进一步融合神经认知与大数据,以实现精准的术前预测和全程康复管理.

Objective This study aims to systematically analyze the research status,hotspots,and development trends of auditory evoked potentials(AEPs)in the field of cochlear implants(CIs)from 1999 to 2025 using bibliometric methods,so as to provide a reference for scientific research planning and clinical practice.Methods Relevant publications were retrieved from the Web of science Core Collection.Using tools such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace,568 included articles were analyzed in terms of annual distribution,country/institution collaboration,core authors,highly-cited literature,as well as keyword co-occurrence and burst detection.Results The annual publication output showed a fluctuating upward trend,with peaks in 2022 and 2024.The University of Toronto and the United States were identified as the most productive institution and country,respectively.Highly-cited literature focused on critical periods in auditory development and electrophysiological assessment standards.A Keyword analysis revealed that research has evolved from initial explorations of electrical stimulation and neural mechanisms to more refined techniques,such as hearing preservation and intracochlear electrocochleography,reflecting a shift toward multidisciplinary integration.Conclusion Research on AEPs in the CI field is transitioning from basic mechanisms to clinical applications and multimodal assessment.Future efforts should further integrate neurocognitive and big data technologies to achieve more precise preoperative prediction and comprehensive rehabilitation management.
