[目的]为了研究不同甜菜尾孢菌对生长环境因子的响应,从而为防治褐斑病奠定理论基础.[方法]从不同甜菜产区分离 9 株甜菜尾孢菌,在不同培养基、光照、温度、pH 条件下培养.[结果]所有甜菜尾孢菌株在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基和沙式葡萄糖琼脂培养基上的生长速度显著高于燕麦粉琼脂培养基和麦芽提取物琼脂培养基;9 株甜菜尾孢菌均表现出在光暗交替或全光照条件下生长速度较快;9 株甜菜尾孢菌生长的适宜温度是 20~30℃;最适宜生长的pH 范围为5~7,碱性条件时会明显抑制多数菌株生长;除菌株HLC20-1、HHC20-1、WC20-1,其他菌株在不同培养基上都具有较高的产孢能力.[结论]分离自不同甜菜产区的甜菜尾孢菌对生长环境因子的响应具有差异性,在进行甜菜病害防治研究时应合理选择甜菜尾孢菌的培养条件.

[Objective]To study the responses of different Cercospora beticola strains to environmental factors for growth and lay a theoretical foundation for the control of Cercospora leaf spot,[Methods]nine Cercospora beticola strains were isolated from different sugar beet plant areas and cultured on different culture media,light,temperature and pH conditions.[Results]The growth rates of all Cercospora beticola strains on potato dextrose agar and sabaurauds agar media were significantly higher than those on oatmeal agar and malt extract agar media.All nine strains of Cercospora beticola exhibited faster growth rates under alternating light-dark or full-light conditions.The optimal temperature for growth of the nine strains was 20℃to 30℃,while the most suitable pH range for growth was between 5 to 7,with alkaline conditions significantly inhibiting the growth of most strains.Except for strains HLC20-1,HHC20-1 and WC20-1,the other strains exhibited a high conidium producing capacity on different culture media.[Conclusion]Cercospora beticola isolates from different sugar beet plant areas showed differential responses to environmental factors during growth.When conducting research on sugar beet disease control,it is necessary to rationally select the culture conditions of Cercospora beticola.
