Performance and Evaluation of Traits in Eight Waxy Corn Combinations
[目的]为了加快鲜食糯玉米新品种的选育,筛选出适合张掖市种植的高产优质鲜食糯玉米新品种.[方法]以"万糯 2000"为对照,对 8 个糯玉米组合进行性状分析.[结果]在参试处理中,'P30''P32''P35'和'P36'具有较好的丰产性和适应性;'P29''P31''P32'和'P36'的粗淀粉含量较高,糯性较好,口感较佳;'P30''P32''P33''P34''P35''P36'处理表现出良好的抗倒伏性.[结论]参试的8 个处理中,'P32'(彩甜糯617×X31)和'P36'(X76×X45)的粗淀粉含量高,黏性好,感官评价好,出渣率低,穗部性状表现好,抗性好,比对照分别增产 12.6%和 7.79%,为首选组合.建议对'P32'和'P36'组合进行区域性试验和示范.
[Objective]To accelerate the breeding and promotion of new fresh-eating waxy corn varieties,high-quality fresh-eating waxy corn varieties suitable for cultivation in Zhangye City.[Methods]Using'Wannuo 2000'as the control,trait analysis was conducted on eight waxy corn combinations.[Results]The results showed that among the tested combinations,'P30','P32','P35'and'P36'exhibited better yield potential and adaptability;'P29','P31','P32'and'P36'had higher crude starch content,better glutinous texture,and superior taste;'P30','P32','P33','P34','P35'and'P36'demonstrated excellent lodging resistance.[Conclusion]Based on comprehensive evaluation,among the eight tested combinations,'P32'(Caitiannuo 617×X31)and'P36'(X76×X45)had high crude starch content,excellent stickiness,favorable sensory evaluation,low residue rate,superior ear traits,and strong resistance,with yield increases of 12.6%and 7.79%,respectively,compared to the control.These two combinations are recommended as the preferred candidates for further regional trials and demonstration.
