甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交BC3F1品系抗倒伏性评价OA
Study on the Lodging Resistance of BC3F1 Lines,a Distant Hybrid between Erianthus arundinaceus and Saccharum officinarum
[目的]对培育的甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交BC3F1 品系进行抗倒伏性能评价.[方法]本文基于茎秆/叶梢重量比、下径/上径比、中部径/上径比、茎秆弯折性能、茎秆抗压强度和茎秆组织结构强度6 个参数,结合数学模型综合评价华南农业大学培育的14 个甘蔗斑茅属间远缘杂交BC3F1 品系抗倒伏性能.[结果]评价结果表明,新植试验中'HE15-40''HE15-81''HE15-30''HE15-77''HE15-61''HE15-63''HE15-19'为抗倒伏品系,占 50.0%,而'HE15-87'为弱抗倒伏性品系;宿根试验中'HE15-63''HE15-77''HE15-61''HE15-19''HE15-31'为强抗倒伏品系,占35.7%,而'HE15-84'为弱抗倒伏品系.[结论]在新植与宿根种植的综合评价下,14 个参试BC3F1 品系中'HE15-77''HE15-61''HE15-63''HE15-19'的抗倒伏性较强.本研究为甘蔗抗倒伏品种改良提供了种质和评价技术.
[Objective]This study aims to evaluate the lodging resistance of BC3F1 progeny derived from intergeneric distant hybridization between sugarcane(Saccharum spp.)and Erianthus arundinaceus.[Methods]Based on six parameters—stem/leaf sheath weight ratio,bottom/top diameter ratio,middle/top diameter ratio,stem flexural strength,stem compressive strength,and stem tissue structure strength—a comprehensive evaluation model was established to assess the lodging resistance of 14 BC3F1 hybrid lines developed by South China Agricultural University.[Results]The results indicated that in the plant cane trial,lines'HE15-40','HE15-81','HE15-30','HE15-77','HE15-61','HE15-63'and'HE15-19'exhibited strong lodging resistance,accounting for 50.0%of the total,while'HE15-87'showed weak lodging resistance.In the ratoon cane trial,lines'HE15-63','HE15-77','HE15-61','HE15-19'and'HE15-31'demonstrated high lodging resistance,accounting for 35.7%of the total,while'HE15-84'was identified as weakly resistant.[Conclusion]Under comprehensive evaluation of both plant and ratoon crops,four lines—'HE15-77','HE15-61','HE15-63'and'HE15-19'—exhibited superior lodging resistance among the 14 tested BC3F1 progen.This study provides valuable germplasm resources and evaluation techniques for improving lodging resistance in sugarcane breeding.
