姜黄素的抗氧化功能及在鱼饲料中的应用研究OA
Research progress on the antioxidant function of curcumin and its application in fish feed
姜黄素(Curcumin)是从姜科植物根茎中提取的一种黄色色素,其功能基团包括两个酚羟基和一个β-二酮结构.姜黄素是一种天然的抗氧化剂,在抗氧化过程中可生成稳定的醌类物质,具有很好的抗氧化性.转录因子E2相关因子 2(Nrf2)信号通路是细胞内一个重要的抗氧化调控通路,通过调节抗氧化反应维持细胞的健康和稳定.本文主要综述了姜黄素的抗氧化生理功能及通过Nrf2 信号通路调控活性氧自由基(ROS)的机制,以及姜黄素在鱼饲料中的应用情况.
Curcumin is a yellow pigment extracted from the rhizome of ginger family plants.Its functional groups include two phenolic hydroxyl groups and a β-diketone structure.Curcumin is a natural antioxidant that can generate stable quinones during the antioxidant process,and it has good antioxidant properties.The transcription factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)signaling pathway is an important antioxidant regulatory pathway in cells,which is involved in maintaining cell health and stability by regulating antioxidant responses.This article reviewed the antioxidant physiological functions of curcumin and the mechanism of regulating reactive oxygen species(ROS)through the Nrf2 signaling pathway,as well as the application of curcumin in fish feed.
