香薷化学成分的分析、生理功能及在畜牧业中的应用OA
Analysis of chemical constituents,physiological functions,and applications in animal husbandry of Elsholtzia splendens
香薷是一种常见的唇形科植物,在中医理论中,具有发汗解表、化湿和中、利水消肿等功效.另外,香薷含有丰富的生物活性成分,具有显著的抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌等作用,开发利用价值较高.本文对香薷包含的挥发油、黄酮类化合物、多糖类等化学成分进行了分析,并对香薷的生理功能及其在畜牧中业的应用进行了综述,为香薷的进一步开发利用提供参考.
Elsholtzia splendens,a common plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family,possesses various medicinal properties such as promoting diaphoresis to release exterior pathogens,resolving dampness and harmonizing the middle,and promoting diuresis to reduce edema.It is rich in biologically active components that exhibit significant anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and antibacterial effects,making it a valuable resource for further development and utilization.This article analyzed three major chemical constituents of Elsholtzia splendens,namely volatile oils,flavonoids,and polysaccharides,and reviewed the physiological functions as well as its applications in animal husbandry,aimed to offer insights and guidance for the further exploitation and utilization of Elsholtzia splendens.
