结构洞与共创行动:多元社会力量参与乡村振兴的整合机制OA

Encouraging diverse social forces to participate in rural construction is an important pathway for promoting urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.The fundamental questions to address are how these diverse social forces converge in rural areas,how they carry out actions,and what outcomes they produce.Taking Village C in Banan District,Chongqing as an example,this study employs field research methods and constructs an analytical framework of"structure-structural holes-action"to elaborate on how diverse social forces achieve collaborative creation in rural revitalization through structural hole nodes.The research finds that complex social structures have given rise to diverse motivations for different groups to engage in rural areas,and key individuals at structural hole nodes integrate these diverse groups with rural engagement motivations into specific temporal and spatial contexts.Through positional co-presenceand situational co-presence,diverse social forces continuously conduct collaborative creation by utilizing differentiated rules and resources.This process not only reproduces the demographic,economic,cultural,and governance structures of rural areas but also drives extensive changes in the urban-rural structure.The"structural hole integration-collaborative cre-ation action"mechanism proposed in this study systematically reveals the complete participation chain from"force con-vergence"and"resource integration"to"action outcomes",providing a new theoretical perspective for understanding the participation of diverse social forces in rural revitalization.
