面向可移动天线安全通感系统的智能天线定位和波束赋形OA

Intelligent Antenna Positioning and Beamforming for Secure Integrated Sensing and Communication Systems with Movable Antennas

通感一体化(ISAC)系统通过共享频谱和硬件资源,使得无线网络兼具通信与感知的功能,显著提升了频谱效率和资源利用率.然而,嵌入在感知信号中的通信信号也面临着被窃听者截获的风险,因此如何在6G的多种场景下进行通感资源分配与干扰管理正受到广泛关注.基于此,从天线结构和优化算法两个角度出发,构建了可移动天线(MA)使能的安全ISAC架构,并提出基于梯度输入的元学习优化算法用以进行天线定位和波束赋形.具体地,该算法为每个优化变量构建一个神经网络,以目标函数关于优化变量的梯度作为网络的输入,以网络的输出作为变量的更新步长,基于元学习的学习策略实现算法对多种场景的适配.最后,通过数值仿真将所提优化算法与其他基线算法的性能进行比较,结果表明所提算法相比其他基线算法在通信性能和目标感知性能上均有更好的表现,证明了该算法的优越性.

Integrated Sensing and Communication(ISAC)systems,by sharing spectrum and hardware resources,enable wireless networks to perform both communication and sensing functions,significantly improving spectrum efficiency and resource utilization.However,communication signals embedded in sensing signals are also at risk of interception by eavesdroppers.Therefore,resource allocation and interference management for ISAC in various 6G scenarios have drawn significant attention.In response,a secure ISAC architecture enabled by movable antennas is proposed,with antenna positioning and beamforming optimization addressed from both antenna structure and optimization algorithm perspectives.Specifically,a gradient-based meta-learning optimization algorithm is proposed for antenna positioning and beamforming.This algorithm constructs a neural network for each optimization variable,with the gradient of the objective function with respect to the optimization variable as the network input,and the network output as the update step size.The meta-learning strategy allows the algorithm to adapt to various scenarios.Numerical simulations are conducted to compare the proposed optimization algorithm with other baseline algorithms.Results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the baseline algorithms in both communication and target sensing performance,demonstrating its superiority.
