生成式人工智能驱动医学课堂教学的系统性重构OA
Systematic Reconstruction of Medical Classroom Teaching Driven by Generative Artificial Intelligence
当前,随着生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GenAI)对高等教育教学形态的重塑,其在医学课堂教学方面展现出巨大的应用潜力.然而,现有针对 GenAI 应用于医学课堂教学的研究多聚焦于工具应用层面的讨论,仍缺乏对 GenAI 融入医学课堂的教学目标、活动与评估的系统性重构.为此,文章基于一致性建构理论构建了GenAI融入医学课堂的教学框架,并依托上海市S大学医学院的"机体防御与免疫"课程开展准实验研究,结果表明 GenAI 融入医学课堂教学显著提升了学习成效.虽然学生访谈与教师反馈数据进一步揭示了该框架在增强学生互动积极性、激发学生科研探索兴趣及深化学生批判性思维等方面具有独特优势,但文章发现学生在工具信任适应方面仍面临挑战;教师的教学仍面临技术依赖、监管有限等挑战,建议未来着重增强医学场景适配性、完善专业数据资源及提升教师智能素养.文章通过研究,旨在为未来GenAI赋能医学课堂教学提供操作性教学框架与实践参照.
At present,with the reshaping of the teaching form of higher education by generative artificial intelligence(GenAI),it demonstrates significant potential in medical classroom teaching.However,the existing research on the application of GenAI in medical classroom teaching mostly focuses on the discussion at the tool application level,and still lacks a systematic reconstruction of teaching objectives,activities,and assessments regarding the integration of GenAI into medical classrooms.Therefore,this paper constructed a pedagogical framework for integrating GenAI into medical classrooms based on the constructive alignment theory,and conducted a quasi-experimental study relying on the"Host Defence and Immunology"course at the Medical School of Shanghai S University.The results indicated that integrating GenAI into medical classroom teaching significantly enhanced learning outcomes.While student interviews and faculty feedback further revealed the framework's unique advantages in boosting students'enthusiasm for interaction,stimulating their interest in scientific research exploration,and deepening their critical thinking,the research found that students still faced challenges in adapting to tool trust.Meanwhile,teachers pointed out that current teaching still faced challenges such as technological reliance and limited supervision,suggesting that in the future,emphasis should be placed on enhancing the adaptability to medical scenarios,refining professional data resources,and improving teachers'intelligent literacy.Through research,this paper was aimed to provide an operational teaching framework and practical reference for the future empowerment of medical classroom teaching by GenAI.
