花粉直感对'新梨7号'果实品质的影响OA
Effects of xenia on fruit quality of'Xinli No.7'
[目的]探究花粉直感对'新梨7号'果实品质的影响,为科学配置授粉品种提供理论参考.[方法]以26年生'新梨7号'为母本,采集'库尔勒香梨'、'早酥'、'秋月'、'爱甘水'、'晚秀'、'砀山酥梨'和'甘泉'7个梨品种花粉进行人工授粉,以自然授粉为对照,分析花粉直感对'新梨7号'果实外观品质和内在品质的影响,并采用聚类分析和主成分分析对果实品质进行综合评价.[结果]'新梨7号'果实品质性状存在明显的花粉直感效应.不同授粉组合的坐果率为29.41%~93.04%,其中'秋月'授粉组合的坐果率最高(93.04%),除对照外'库尔勒香梨'授粉的坐果率最低(53.82%).不同品种授粉后'新梨7号'果实形状呈倒卵形、圆形或纺锤形,与对照的长圆形有明显差异.在果实外观方面,除对照和'库尔勒香梨'授粉果实无棱沟外,其他品种授粉后果实均出现棱沟;'甘泉'、'早酥'、'秋月'、'爱甘水'等授粉后果实的果梗姿态为斜生,与对照直生差异明显;'库尔勒香梨'和'晚秀'授粉果实的萼片姿态为聚合,'爱甘水'授粉果实的萼片姿态为开张,与对照的萼片姿态直立差异明显;'晚秀'和'秋月'授粉果实的萼片宿存,与对照萼片残存有明显差异.'库尔勒香梨'授粉果实的果点密度最多,为33.00个/cm2;'晚秀'果点最少,为18.67个/cm2.在果实大小方面,'库尔勒香梨'授粉果实的单果质量显著降低;'早酥'、'晚秀'和'砀山酥梨'授粉果实的纵横径均高于对照.'早酥'授粉果实果梗最短、粗度最小,与对照差异显著;'砀山酥梨'授粉果实的果梗最长,为24.15 mm.'晚秀'授粉果实的果心横径最大,达37.36 mm,'库尔勒香梨'授粉果实果心横径最小,为34.06 mm;'晚秀'和'爱甘水'授粉后果实果心位置在中位,与对照近萼端差异明显.除'秋月'授粉组合外的其他组合种子形状均为狭椭圆形,与对照的椭圆形差异明显.在果色和果肉质地方面,'秋月'和'甘泉'授粉果实的果皮底色为绿色,与对照绿黄有差异;'甘泉'、'早酥'、'秋月'、'爱甘水'授粉后果肉质地为脆,与对照果实质地疏松差异明显.在果实营养品质方面,'爱甘水'授粉后果实维生素C含量最低,仅0.15 mg/g;'晚秀'的可溶性固形物和石细胞含量最高,分别为13.00%和0.06%,均与对照差异显著.通过聚类分析将各授粉组合聚为4类,第1类包括对照和'秋月'、'甘泉'、'早酥'授粉组合,'库尔勒香梨'授粉组合聚为第2类,'晚秀'和'砀山酥梨'授粉组合聚为第3类,'爱甘水'授粉组合单独聚为第4类.利用主成分分析对果实品质进行综合评价,发现'晚秀'、'砀山酥梨'、'秋月'、'爱甘水'4个品种授粉后果实品质优于对照.[结论]不同品种授粉对'新梨7号'的果实外观和内在品质有显著影响,具有明显的花粉直感效应.综合考虑花期和果肉石细胞含量,'爱甘水'适宜作为'新梨7号'的授粉树.
[Objective]This research aimed to explore the effect of pollen xenia on fruit quality of'Xinli No.7',to provide theoretical reference for scientific configuration of pollination varieties.[Method]With the 26-year-old'Xinli No.7'as the female parent,pollen from seven pear varieties including'KELX','ZS','QY','AGS','WX','DS'and'GQ'were collected for artificial pollination.The effects of pollen xenia on the appearance quality and internal quality of'Xinli No.7'fruit were analyzed with natural pollination as the control,and the fruit quality was comprehensively evaluated by cluster analysis and principal compo-nent analysis.[Result]The fruit quality traits of'Xinli No.7'showed obvious pollen xenia effect.The fruit setting rate of different pollination combinations ranged between 29.41%-93.04%,among which the fruit setting rate of'QY'pollination combination was the highest(93.04%),and the fruit setting rate of'KELX'pollination was the lowest(53.82%)except for the control.After pollination,the fruit shape of'Xinli No.7'was obovate,round or spindle,which was significantly different from that of the control.In terms of fruit appearance,except for the control and'KELX'pollinated fruit,which were free from fur-rows,the fruit showed furrows after pollination with other varieties.The fruit stem posture of'GQ','ZS','QY'and'AGS'after pollination was oblique,which was significantly different from that of the control.The sepal of'KELX'and'WX'pollinated fruit showed a polymerization posture,and the sepal of'AGS'pollinated fruit showed an open posture,which was significantly different from that of the control.The sepals of'WX'and'QY'pollinated fruits survived,which were significantly different from the re-maining sepals of the control.The fruit spot density of'KELX'was the highest,which was 33.00 num-ber/cm2,and the fruit spot density of'WX'was the least,which was 18.67 number/cm2.In terms of fruit size,the single fruit weight of'KELX'pollinated fruit was significantly reduced,and the vertical and hori-zontal diameters of'ZS','WX'and'DS'pollinated fruits were higher than those of the control.The fruit stem of'ZS'pollinated fruit was the shortest and the thickness was the smallest,which was significantly different from that of the control.The fruit stem of'DS'pollinated fruit was the longest,which was 24.15 mm.The fruit core diameter of'WX'pollinated fruit was the largest,reaching 37.36 mm,and the fruit core diameter of'KELX'pollinated fruit was the smallest,reaching 34.06 mm.The fruit core position of'WX'and'AGS'was in the middle after pollination,which was significantly different from that of the control near the calyx end.Except for the pollination combination of'QY',the seed of other combinations were all narrow oval shape,which were significantly different from the oval shape of the control.In terms of fruit color and flesh texture,the peel background color of'QY'and'GQ'pollinated fruits was green,which was different from that of the control,and the flesh texture of'GQ','ZS','QY'and'AGS'was crisp after pollination,which was significantly different from that of the control.In terms of fruit nutrition-al quality,the'AGS'pollinated fruits had the lowest vitamin C content after pollination,only 0.15 mg/g,and the soluble solids and stone cell contents of'WX'pollinated fruits were the highest(13.00%and 0.06%,respectively),which were significantly different from the control.According to the cluster analy-sis,the pollination combinations were divided into 4 categories.The'QY','GQ','ZS'pollination combi-nations and the control were clustered into the first category,'KELX'pollination combination was clus-tered into the second category,'WX'and'DS'pollination combinations were clustered into the third cate-gory,and'AGS'pollination combination was clustered into the fourth category alone.The comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality by principal component analysis showed that the fruit quality of'WX','DS','QY'and'AGS'was better than that of the control after pollination.[Conclusion]Pollination of different varieties had a significant effect on the fruit appearance and internal quality of'Xinli No.7',and significant xenia effect can be observed.After comprehensive consideration of flowering period and stone cell content in pulp,it was consi-dered that'AGS'was suitable for pollination of'Xinli No.7'.
