[目的]探讨不同根系修复剂对'阳光玫瑰'葡萄果实品质和香气成分及含量的影响,为生产中科学合理施用根系修复剂提供理论依据和技术支持.[方法]以3年生'阳光玫瑰'葡萄为试材,采用6种常见的根系修复剂分别在葡萄花后45 d和55 d进行滴灌处理,果实成熟期测定果实大小、质构特性以及固酸、类黄酮、总酚和香气等品质指标含量.[结果]试验地土壤养分呈过量状态,P、K、S、Fe、Mn、B等含量严重超标.葡萄果实大小在中农绿康微生物菌剂(ZN)、比奥农科藻菌加(BA)和自制菌3号(ZZJ)处理下显著增加.各处理对果实可溶性固形物积累产生不同程度抑制,除BA外,其他处理均显著提高可滴定酸含量,而显著降低固酸比;BA和碧护+碧护海藻多维素(BH)处理显著提高果实硬度,BH和ZZJ处理提高果实类黄酮含量,但各处理对总酚含量均无显著影响.果实中共检测到43种香气成分,BH处理果实香气种类最多(36种),醛类物质为果实中主要香气成分,BA处理促进了果实总挥发性香气物质积累,并显著高于对照.[结论]各根系修复剂均能改善'阳光玫瑰'葡萄果实品质,但BA和BH处理更具优势.

[Objective]The study aims to investigate the influence of diverse root repair agents on the berry quality,aroma components,and their contents of'Shine Muscat'grape,thereby providing theoretical basis and technical support for the application of root repair agents in grape production.[Method]Three-year-old'Shine Muscat'grapes were employed as the experimental materials.Six common root repair agents were administered through drip irrigation at 45 and 55 days after flowering.Berry size,textural properties,and contents of soluble solids,titratable acids,flavonoids,total phenols,and aroma components were determined during berry mature stage.[Result]Soil nutrients in the experimental plots were in an excessive state,with P,K,S,Fe,Mn,and B exceeding the standard.The berry size of'Shine Muscat'grape was increased under the treatment of ZN(Zhongnong Lvkang Microbial Agent),BA(Bio-Nongke algae fungus),and ZZJ(Self-made Bacteria No.3).Different treatments inhibited the accumulation of soluble solids to varying degrees.With the exception of BA,all treatments elevated the titratable acid content and reduced the solid-acid ratio.BA and BH(Bihu+Bihu Seaweed Multivitamin)enhanced the berry firmness.BH and ZZJ increased the flavonoid content of the berry,but did not affect the total phenol content.A total of 43 aroma components were detected in the berry.BH treatment had the greatest number of berry aroma components(36 kinds).Aldehyde substances were the main aroma components in the berry.BA treatment facilitated the accumulation of total volatile aroma substances in the berry,which was higher than the con-trol.[Conclusion]All root repair agents tested can improve berry quality of'Shine Muscat'grape,with BA and BH exhibiting more advantages.
