施肥对轻木生长和非结构性碳水化合物的影响OA

Effect of Fertilizer Application on Growth and Non-structural Carbohydrates of Ochroma pyramidale

通过探究不同施肥情况对轻木生长和非结构性碳水化合物的影响,筛选适合轻木培育的施氮量和肥料类型,为轻木施肥提供合理的建议.以2年生轻木林地为试验地,采用随机区组设计,设置3个梯度的尿素处理(N),分别为N1(尿素300 g/株)、N2(尿素450 g/株)、N3(尿素600 g/株),3个梯度的缓释氮肥处理(H)分别为 H1(缓释氮肥300 g/株)、H2(缓释氮肥450 g/株)、H3(缓释氮肥600 g/株),以不施加氮肥为对照(CK),测量轻木胸径、树高,测定叶、枝和根的非结构性碳水化合物及其组分含量.结果表明:1)施肥量、取样检测时间和肥料类型均显著影响轻木的胸径和树高.在不同的取样检测时间,随着施肥量的增加树高和胸径也随之增加,90 d取样检测时H2的树高和胸径最大,较CK处理分别显著增大14.0%、16.9%.2)施肥量、检测时间均显著影响轻木3个器官的NSC及其组分含量,不同类型肥料均会促进叶NSC及其组分含量的增加,随着施肥量的增加,在不同的取样检测时间,施尿素处理的叶NSC含量较施缓释氮肥的增长幅度小(55.3%<59.3%),相较于尿素,缓释氮肥更有利于叶NSC含量的积累.3)树高、胸径、叶可溶性糖和NSC含量可以更好地反映施肥效果,树高和胸径与叶的非结构性碳含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),且施肥会增强生长和非结构性碳之间的关联性,树高、胸径、叶可溶性糖、叶淀粉、枝可溶性糖、枝淀粉、根可溶性糖是轻木对施肥响应的重要指标,H2处理是轻木最佳的施肥处理.施肥显著影响轻木生长和NSC积累,轻木叶NSC含量决定轻木的生长,H2施肥处理最利于轻木的生长,建议对轻木进行养分添加时,采用缓释氮肥450 g/株.

This study evaluated how fertilization regimes affect growth and non-structural carbohydrates(NSCs)in Ochroma pyramidale,with the aim of identifying an appropriate nitrogen(N)rate and fertilizer type for cultivation.The 2-year-old Ochroma pyramidale forest was used as the experimental site,and a randomized block group design was used to set up three gradient urea treatments(N),namely N1(urea 300 g/plant),N2(urea 450 g/plant),N3(urea 600 g/plant),and three gradient slow-release nitrogen fer-tilizer treatments(H),namely H1(slow-release nitrogen fertilizer 300 g/plant),H2(slow-release nitrogen fertilizer 450 g/plant),H3(slow-release nitrogen fertilizer 600 g/plant),and a control treatment,CK(no nitrogen fertilizer applied),were used to measure diameter at breast height and tree height of Ochroma py-ramidale,and to determine the content of nonstructural carbohydrates and their fractions in leaves,bran-ches,and roots.The results showed that:1)Fertilizer application,time and method of sampling and testing significantly affected the diameter at breast height and tree height of Ochroma pyramidale.At different sampling and testing times,the tree height and diameter at breast height increased with the increase of fer-tilizer application,tree height and diameter at breast height were the greatest and significantly increased by 14.0%and 16.9%,respectively,in H2 compared to the CK treatment at 90 d sampling,respectively,com-pared with the CK treatment.2)Fertilizer application amount and time significantly affected the NSC and its component contents of the three organs of Ochroma pyramidale,and different types of fertilizers pro-moted the increase of leaf NSC and its component contents,with the increase of fertilizer application amount,under different sampling and testing time,the increase of leaf NSC content of urea treatment was smaller than that of the application of slow-release nitrogen fertilizer(55.3%<59.3%),and the addition of slow-release nitrogen fertilizer compared to urea was more favorable to the accumulation of leaf NSC content.3)Tree height,diameter at breast height,leaf soluble sugars and NSC content could better reflect the effect of fertilization.Tree height and diameter at breast height were positively correlated with leaf NSC content,and fertilization would improve the correlation between growth and NSC.Tree height,diame-ter at breast height,leaf soluble sugars,leaf starch,branch soluble sugars,branch starch,and root soluble sugars were the most important indexes of response of Ochroma pyramidale to fertilization.In summary,fertilization significantly affected the growth and NSC accumulation of balsa wood,balsa wood leaf NSC content determines the growth of balsa wood,H2 fertilization treatment is the most conducive to the growth of balsa wood,so it is recommended that the balsa wood nutrient additions using slow-release nitro-gen fertilization of 450 g/plant.
