10个意大利杨树新无性系的抗寒性评价OA
Determination and Evaluation of Cold Resistance of 10 New Italian Populus Clones
为评估从意大利引进的10个杨树无性系的抗寒性,选择适合"三北"寒冷地区栽培的杨树新无性系,以10个无性系1年生休眠枝为试验材料,通过人工梯度降温法(室温(CK)、-10、-15、-20、-25、-30℃)分别处理24 h,测定样本相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及可溶性蛋白(SP)含量,基于隶属函数法及相关性分析,综合评价10个杨树无性系的抗寒性.结果表明,各无性系的6项抗寒指标差异显著,其中黑杨无性系Qg的各项指标综合表现优异,抗寒性最强;可溶性蛋白(SP)、丙二醛(MDA)与细胞保护酶活性之间呈现出极显著的正相关关系.各无性系抗寒性依据隶属函数值排序为:Qg>Ta>A54>A50>Ti>Pa>A23>A46>La>A39.无性系Qg与A54分别为黑杨与银白杨的抗寒优选品种,建议试行区域推广.
In order to evaluate the cold resistance of 10 Populus clones introduced from Italy,new Populus clones suitable for cultivation in the"Three North"cold region were selected,and the annual dormant branches of 10 clones were taken as the test objects.The samples were treated with artificial gradient cool-ing method(room temperature(CK),-10,-15,-20,-25,-30℃)for 24 hours,and the changes of rel-ative conductivity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activi-ty,malondialdehyde(MDA)content and soluble protein(SP)content of the samples were measured.Based on the membership function method and correlation analysis evaluation index,the cold resistance of 10 Populus clones was comprehensively evaluated.Results showed that there were significant differences in the six cold resistance indexes of each clone.Among them,the P.nigra clone Qg had excellent comprehen-sive performance in various indexes and the strongest cold resistance.Soluble protein(SP)and malondial-dehyde(MDA)were highly positively correlated with the activities of protective enzymes.The cold resist-ance of each clone is ranked according to the membership function value as follows:Qg>Ta>A54>A50>Ti>Pa>A23>A46>La>A39.Clones Qg and A54 are selected cold-resistant cultivars of P.nigra and P.alba,respectively,and are recommended for preliminary regional promotion.
