基于GEE的干旱区生态环境质量评估与驱动机制OA
Assessment of Eco-Environmental Quality in Arid Regions Based on Google Earth Engine
监测天山北坡经济带生态环境质量,对协调区域保护与可持续发展具有重要科学价值.本研究基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台,集成1996-2023年Landsat卫星影像数据,通过主成分分析法构建遥感生态指数(RSEI),系统揭示研究区生态环境质量时空分异规律,结合Sen斜率估算法与Mann-Kendall(MK)检验解析生境质量的变化趋势,通过Hurst指数预测未来生境质量变化趋势,并运用地理探测器量化驱动因素贡献度.结果表明:1)1996-2023年区域生态环境质量呈显著下降趋势,年均下降速率为0.9×10-3;空间异质性突出,塔城市、双河市、石河子市等绿洲核心区实现局部改善,RSEI提升0.02~0.10;而和布克赛尔蒙古自治县、阿拉山口市等生态脆弱区持续退化,RSEI下降0.02~0.16.2)趋势分析表明,1996-2023年生境退化区占比达50.93%(P<0.05),改善区仅占3.05%.Hurst指数预测显示未来83.61%区域将持续退化,但Sen斜率估算结合Hurst指数分析揭示42.27%区域将呈现改善趋势,整体呈现生态恢复潜力.3)地理探测器分析表明,土地利用变化(q=0.48)是首要驱动因子,其中建设用地通过景观破碎化以及林地草地扩张加剧水资源竞争导致生境质量下降,年均下降速率分别为3.40×10-2 和1.63×10-1;而耕地管理对生境质量提升贡献显著,年均上升速率为1.17.
Monitoring habitat quality in Northern Slope Economic Belt of the Tianshan Mountains serves holds significant scientific value for balancing regional conservation and sustainable development.Based on the Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform,this study integrates Landsat satellite imagery from 1996 to 2023 and constructs the Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)using principal component analysis to systematically reveal the spatiotemporal variations of the ecological environment.The Sen's slope estima-tor and the Mann-Kendall(MK)test were employed to analyze habitat quality trends,while the Hurst in-dex was used to predict future changes.Additionally,the geographical detector method was applied to quantify the contribution of driving factors.The results indicate that:1)From 1996 to 2023,the regional ec-ological quality exhibited a significant declining trend,with an average annual decline rate of 0.9×10-3.Spatial heterogeneity was evident:core oasis areas such as Tacheng,Shuanghe and Shihezi showed localized improvements,with RSEI increasing by 0.02-0.10,whereas ecologically fragile areas such as Hoboksar Mongol Autonomous County and Alashankou experienced continuous degradation,with RSEI decreasing by 0.02-0.16.2)Trend analysis revealed that degraded areas accounted for 50.93%(P<0.05)of the re-gion,while improvement areas only constituted 3.05%.The Hurst index prediction suggested that 83.61%of the region is likely to experience continued degradation in the future.However,integrated assessment using Sen's slope estimator and Hurst exponent reveals that 42.27%of the region demonstrates potential for ecological improvement,indicating overall restorative capacity in the ecosystem.3)Geographical detec-tor analysis identified land use change(q=0.48)as the primary driving factor.Specifically,urban expan-sion contributed to habitat degradation by increasing landscape fragmentation,while forest and grassland expansion intensified water resource competition,leading to an average annual RSEI decline of 3.40×10-2 and 1.63×10-1,respectively.In contrast,agricultural land management significantly contributed to habitat quality improvement,with an annual increase rate of 1.17.
