近年,常规饲料资源已无法适应我国畜牧业快速发展的需要,利用新型饲料资源、开发非常规饲料成为了畜牧从业者探讨的热点.我国桑树种植面积广,桑叶产量高、营养价值高,富含粗蛋白、粗脂肪、矿物质和氨基酸等营养成分,且含有大量的黄酮、生物碱、酚类、多糖等生物活性物质.桑叶作为一种常见的传统中药材,具有抗氧化、抗炎和抑菌等多种生物学功能,具有极大的开发利用潜力.文章综述了桑叶的营养价值、活性成分和生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中上的应用,旨在为桑叶作为非常规饲料资源在畜禽饲料上的应用及后续研究提供参考.

In recent years,conventional feed resources in China have been unable to meet the demands of the rapidly developing livestock industry.The utilization of novel feed resources and the development of unconventional feed alternatives have become urgent issues for practitioners in the sector.China boasts high mulberry yields and extensive cultivation areas.Mulberry leaves are rich in nutritional value,containing crude protein,crude fat,minerals,amino acids,and other nutrients,as well as substantial amounts of bioac-tive compounds such as flavonoids,alkaloids,phenols,and polysaccharides.As a common traditional Chi-nese medicinal material,mulberry leaves possess various biological functions,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial properties,indicating significant potential for development and utilization.This article reviews the nutritional value,active components,biological functions of mulberry leaves,and their applications in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide references for the use of mulberry leaves as an unconventional feed resource and for subsequent research.
