饲粮添加抗菌肽对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响OA
Effect of Dietary Antimicrobial Peptides(AMPs)on Production Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Laying Hens
试验旨在探究饲粮中添加抗菌肽(AMPs)对产蛋后期(50周龄)蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血清生化指标的影响.选取448只海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复16只鸡,在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照)、250、500、750 mg/kg AMPs,预试期10 d,正试期56 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,①AMPs对产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量和不合格蛋率均无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,500 mg/kg和750 mg/kg AMPs添加组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),且料蛋比与AMPs添加量呈显著线性和二次关系(P<0.05).②与对照组相比,750 mg/kg AMPs添加组第56天的蛋壳亮度值显著降低(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度显著升高(P<0.05),且第56天蛋壳亮度值、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度均与AMPs添加量呈显著线性和二次关系(P<0.05).③AMPs对总蛋白、白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和尿酸无显著影响(P>0.05);与对照组相比,250 mg/kg AMPs添加组血清胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),且胆固醇含量与AMPs添加量呈显著二次关系(P<0.05);与对照组相比,750 mg/kg AMPs添加组血清葡萄糖含量显著降低(P<0.05);AMPs各添加组血清尿素氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05),同时血清葡萄糖和尿素氮含量与AMPs添加量呈显著线性和二次关系(P<0.05).由此可见,饲粮添加AMPs可以提高产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能,改善蛋品质,调节血清生化指标,且在本试验条件下AMPs最适添加量为750 mg/kg.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)on production performance,egg quality and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens in late laying period(50 weeks of age).A total of 448 Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates in each group and 16 hens in each replicate.The basal diet was supplemented with 0(control),250,500 and 750 mg/kg AMPs,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days and the formal trial period was 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group:① AMPs had no significant effect on laying rate,average egg weight,average daily feed intake and unqualified egg rate(P>0.05);the feed-egg ratio of the 500 mg/kg and 750 mg/kg AMPs supplementation groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the feed-egg ratio showed a significant linear and quadratic relationship with AMPs supplementation level(P<0.05).② On the 56th day,compared with the control group,the eggshell brightness value of the 750 mg/kg AMPs group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the eggshell thickness and eggshell strength were significantly increased(P<0.05);the eggshell brightness value,eggshell strength and eggshell thickness showed a signifi-cant linear and quadratic relationship with AMPs supplementation level(P<0.05).③ AMPs had no significant effects on total protein,albumin,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase and uric acid(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the serum cholesterol content of the 250 mg/kg AMPs supplementation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum cholesterol content showed a significant quadratic relationship with AMPs supplementation level(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the serum glucose content of the 750 mg/kg AMPs supplementation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum urea nitrogen content of each AMPs supplementation group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum glucose and urea nitrogen contents showed a significant linear and quadratic rela-tionship with AMPs supplementation level(P<0.05).It can be seen that dietary supplementation of AMPs can improve the production performance,egg quality and regulate serum biochemical indexes of laying hens in the late laying period,and the optimal AMPs supplementation level was 750 mg/kg under the experimen-tal conditions.
