现代畜牧业可持续发展正面临多重挑战,抗生素滥用、饲料资源紧缺与养分利用率低下等问题已成为产业升级的核心制约因素.在此背景下,纳米技术为解决上述问题提供了全新的技术路径,其优势主要源于纳米颗粒独特的物理化学性质.文章系统综述了纳米技术在畜牧养殖领域的研究进展与应用前景,重点探讨了功能性纳米颗粒的制备策略、其在动物营养与健康中的应用与作用机制,并对其应用挑战与发展趋势进行了展望.

The sustainable development of modern animal husbandry is facing multiple challenges,with issues such as antibiotic overuse,feed resource scarcity,and low nutrient utilization efficiency emerging as critical constraints to industrial advancement.In this context,nanotechnology offers a novel technical path-way to address these challenges,leveraging the unique physicochemical properties of nanoparticles.This review systematically summarizes recent research progress and application prospects of nanotechnology in animal husbandry,with a focus on preparation strategies for functional nanoparticles,their mechanisms and applications in animal nutrition and health,as well as current challenges and future development trends.
