涡扇炮在储油罐火灾中的灭火效能研究OA

Study on the fire-extinguishing effectiveness of turbofan cannons in oil storage tank fires

为探究涡扇炮扑救储油罐火灾的效能及作用机制,构建复合燃烧体系,通过多维度热电偶阵列和热辐射监测网络,分析灭火过程中温度场与热辐射场的演变规律.结果表明:涡扇炮驱动下细水雾与氟蛋白泡沫的协同作用可实现高效灭火,形成了"降温-窒息-隔离"协同机制;细水雾在相变吸热阶段产生40℃/s的极速降温,氟蛋白泡沫形成持久封闭层,协同作用下49s内完全扑灭火场.试验证明了涡扇炮在扑救储油罐立体火、流淌火时具有显著优势.

In order to explore the effectiveness and mechanism of turbofan cannons in extinguishing oil tank fires,a composite combustion system was constructed.Through a multidimensional thermocouple ar-ray and thermal radiation monitoring network,the evolution of temperature field and thermal radiation field during the fire extinguishing process were analyzed.The results show that the synergetic effect of wa-ter mist and fluoroprotein foam,driven by the turbofan cannon,can achieve efficient fire extinguishing,forming a"cooling-asphyxiation-isolation"synergetic mechanism.The water mist produces a rapid cooling of 40℃/s during the phase change and heat absorption stage,and the fluoroprotein foam forms a durable sealing layer,which can completely extinguish the fire within 49 s under the synergetic effect.Therefore,turbofan cannons have significant advantages in extinguishing three-dimensional and flowing fires in oil storage tanks.
