循环水加酸智能控制系统的研发及应用OA
通过水质在线监测技术的试验研究,从稳定性高、抗污染能力、易维护和性价比等方面选择合适的循环水水质在线监测仪表,开发循环水在线监测系统,实现循环水酚酞碱度、总碱度、pH等指标的在线监测.通过循环水加药控制技术的研究,建立以循环水总碱度、酚酞碱度及pH三个指标为主反馈信号的自动加酸控制模型.开发基于深度卷积神经网络技术的循环水诊断及预测系统,自动提取实时水质数据和凝汽器运行参数,实现循环水结垢、腐蚀倾向性的诊断和预测,实现循环水浓缩倍率的稳定控制与补水、排污的智能调节.研制出智能装置样机,在某电厂完成循环水智能控制与管理系统的工业应用,结果表明,循环水加酸量误差在±0.2 倍之间(以pH计),循环水系统的运行实现无人化控制,系统连续稳定运行时间超过 720 h.
Through experimental research on online water quality monitoring technology,suitable online monitoring instruments for circulating water quality were selected from aspects such as high stability,anti-pollution ability,easy maintenance,and cost performance,and a circulating water online monitoring system was developed to realize the phenolphthalein alkalinity of circulating water.Online monitoring of indicators such as total alkalinity and pH.Through research on circulating water dosing control technology,an automatic acid dosing control model with three indicators of circulating water total alkalinity,phenolphthalein alkalinity and pH as the main feedback signals was established.A circulating water diagnosis and prediction system based on deep convolutional neural network technology has been developed to automatically extract real-time water quality data and condenser operating parameters,realize diagnosis and prediction of circulating water fouling and corrosion tendencies,and realize stable control of circulating water concentration ratio,as well as intelligent adjustment of water replenishment and sewage discharge.A prototype of an intelligent device was developed and the industrial application of the intelligent circulating water control and management system was completed in a power plant.The results showed that the error of the acid addition amount of circulating water was between±0.2 times(calculated by pH),and the operation of the circulating water system was realized.Unmanned control,the system's continuous and stable operation time exceeded 720 hours.
