The hydraulic locking mechanism of the pontoon-type inner turret single-point mooring system plays an important role in the decoupling and reconnection of the FPSO.Its working environment is complex and involves many design conditions and standards.This paper studies the loads on the FPSO in the marine environment and its motion response.According to relevant specifications,design procedures and methods,fatigue analysis and design of the locking mechanism of the single-point mooring system applied in a certain sea area is carried out,which can be used as a reference for the design of related equipment.
