国外战略布局关键技术的线索发现研究OA

[Purpose]As a key task that embodies the professional characteristics of intelligence,clue discovery can assist in the identifica-tion of key technologies for national strategic layout.Discovering clues about the trends of key technologies in other countries'strategic plans is of great significance for the forward-looking layout of China's strategic key technologies.[Method]This article takes texts on for-eign strategic layout as the source of key technological information.Clues for identifying key technologies are discovered from two dimen-sions:existing strategic layouts and future strategic frontiers.For different types of strategic texts,this article proposes an intelligence fact extraction method based on essential text analysis and automatic extraction.[Result/Conclusion]Empirical results in the field of quantum computing show that this method enables the identification of key technologies in texts on foreign strategic layout,effectively making up for the shortcomings of traditional patent identification methods.
