[目的]从个案的视角出发,探究新兴市场跨国企业遭遇的来源方劣势形成过程及其克服策略,为中国跨国企业规避合规风险提供新思路.[方法]基于竞争情报和组织身份意义给赋理论,以"美国封杀中兴通讯"及"中兴通讯合规管理"为例,采用探索性案例和扎根理论方法进行编码分析,构建新兴市场跨国企业通过组织身份合规变革克服来源方劣势的理论模型.[结果/结论]新兴市场跨国企业面临的来源方劣势由来源方刻板印象引起;组织身份合规变革机制包括话语机制和披露机制,两种机制之间互相补充和增进;组织身份合规变革目的是促使东道国利益相关方对企业形成正向、积极的情报感知,消除身份合规误解和曲解,进而维护合法性.研究结论有利于深化新兴市场跨国企业合规情报理论,对如何克服逆全球化竞争劣势具有参考价值.

[Purpose]Starting from the perspective of individual cases,the study explores the formation process and overcoming strategies of liability of origin encountered by multinational enterprises in emerging markets,providing new ideas for Chinese multinational enterpri-ses to avoid compliance risks.[Method]Based on the theory of competitive intelligence and organizational identity attribution,taking"U.S.ban on ZTE"and"ZTE compliance management"as examples,exploratory case studies and grounded theory methods are used for coding analysis to construct a theoretical model for emerging market multinational enterprises to overcome source side disadvantages through organizational identity compliance transformation.[Result/Conclusion]The liability of origin faced by multinational enterprises in emerging markets is caused by stereotypes of the source side.The mechanism for organizational identity compliance reform includes dis-course mechanism and disclosure mechanism,which complement and enhance each other.The purpose of organizational identity compli-ance reform is to promote positive and proactive intelligence perception of enterprises among stakeholders in the host country,eliminate misunderstandings and misinterpretations of identity compliance,and thereby maintain legitimacy.The research conclusion is beneficial for deepening the compliance intelligence theory of multinational enterprises in emerging markets,and has reference value for overcoming the disadvantages of anti-globalization competition.
