Reasons for chipping of planetary gear shaft
某型号拖拉机最终传动系的行星轮轴在使用中发生掉块现象,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、扫描电镜分析等方法对行星轮轴掉块的原因进行分析.结果表明:行星轮轴掉块的原因是零件热处理温度过高,形成过热组织,使冲击韧性降低,导致轮轴断裂.
The planetary gear shaft of the final transmission system of a certain type of tractor fell off during use.The reasons for the chipping of the planetary gear shaft were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,metallographic examination and scanning electron microscopic analysis.The results show that the reason for the chipping of the planetary gear shaft was that the heat treatment temperature of the part was excessively high,leading to the formation of an overheated structure,which reduced the impact toughness and led to the fracture of the gear shaft.
