基于SLM工艺角盒类零件支撑结构的优化设计OA
Optimization design of support structures for corner box parts based on SLM process
角盒类零件是一种常用的连接件,被广泛应用于机身结构.激光选区熔化成形(SLM)作为一种先进的制造技术,可实现角盒类零件的快速试制.为了探究适用于角盒类零件的支撑结构,保证零件成形的成功率和精度,采用试验和数值模拟相结合的方式对两种角盒类零件的支撑结构进行了优化设计,并通过对随炉试样的检测表征了零件的各项力学性能.结果表明:优化支撑结构后的"工字形"角盒有更优的成形质量;有控形支撑的"C形"角盒比无控形支撑的角盒有更优的成形精度;模拟仿真结果表明:加入优化控形支撑后,角盒的最大形变量和最大应力值分别降低了74%和18%;随炉试样的测试表明:基于SLM成形试样的各项力学性能均优于锻件GJB 2744-1996《航空用钛及钛合金自由锻件和模锻件规范》规定的指标.该研究可为基于SLM工艺角盒类零件的支撑优化和数模设计提供参考.
Angle box parts are a type of commonly used connectors widely applied in fuselage structures.Selective Laser Melting(SLM)as an advanced manufacturing technology,enables the rapid trial production of angle box parts.To explore the suitable support structures for angle box parts and ensure the forming success rate and precision of the parts,an integrated method of experiments and numerical simulation was adopted to optimize the design of support structures for two types of angle box parts.Meanwhile,various mechanical properties of the parts were characterized through the testing of the companion samples.The results show that the"I-shaped"angle box with optimized support structures achieves better forming quality;the"C-shaped"angle box with shape-controlled supports exhibits higher forming precision than that without shape-controlled supports.The simulation results indicate that after the addition of optimized shape-controlled supports,the maximum deformation and maximum stress of the angle box are reduced by 74%and 18%,respectively.The test results of the companion samples demonstrate that all mechanical properties of the SLM-fabricated samples exceed the requirements specified in GJB 2744-1996 Specification for《Titanium and Titanium Alloy Open Die Forgings and Die Forgings for Aerospace Applications》.This research can provide a reference for the support optimization and digital model design of angle box parts based on the SLM process.
