空间交易成本视角下京津冀协同创新网络营建策略研究OA
Research on the Construction Strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Innovation Network from the Perspective of Spatial Transaction Costs
从地理、制度、社会、组织、市场和技术六个维度构建空间交易成本的多维分析框架,系统考察京津冀协同创新网络的约束机制及演化特征.研究发现不同维度的空间交易成本存在显著差异:地理和制度空间交易成本对创新要素流动产生持续负向约束,组织空间交易成本通过产学研合作效率等影响网络密度,市场空间交易成本呈现阈值效应,而社会和技术空间交易成本的影响则具有阶段性特征.基于此,应采取分阶段治理策略,短期以交通一体化和政务协同降低显性成本,中期通过社会资本培育和技术梯度优化化解隐性壁垒,长期需构建统一大市场和完善区域治理体系,最终实现京津冀协同创新网络的可持续发展.
This study constructs a multidimensional analytical framework of spatial transaction costs from six dimensions:geography,institutions,society,organization,market,and technology.The constraints and evolutionary characteristics of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation network are systematically.The findings reveal significant variations in the impact of spatial transaction costs across different dimensions:geographical and institutional spatial transaction costs persistently hinder the flow of innovation factors;organizational spatial transaction costs influence network density through mechanisms such as industry-university-research collaboration efficiency;market spatial transaction costs exhibit a threshold effect;while social and technological spatial transaction costs demonstrate phase-specific characteristics.Based on these insights,a phased governance strategy is proposed.In the short term,reducing explicit costs through transport integration and administrative coordination;in the medium term,mitigating implicit barriers by fostering social capital and optimizing technological gradients;and in the long term,establishing a unified regional market and refining the regional governance system to ultimately achieve the sustainable development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation network.
