工业机器人应用对工资极化的影响机制与治理路径OA
Impact Mechanism and Improvement Path of Industrial Robot Application and Wage Polarization:Based on the Perspective of Workers' Rights Protection and Job Incentives
基于中国综合社会调查数据(CGSS)和IFR数据,探究工业机器人应用对工资极化的影响机制与治理路径.研究发现:(1)工业机器人应用使我国劳动力市场产生了工资极化现象,这主要是由常规任务偏向型技术进步和就业岗位更替机制导致的;(2)异质性分析发现,工业机器人应用引致女性群体、中青年与中老年群体以及东部地区劳动者的工资极化趋势更为明显;(3)考虑到工资极化会对中等技能劳动力产生负向冲击,分别从劳动者权益保障和工作岗位激励角度讨论工资极化的治理路径,发现提高中等技能劳动力工会参与率、医疗保险参保率,以及签订劳动合同等劳动者权益保障措施可以提高其工资,提高中等技能劳动力的工作自主权和管理级别等工作岗位激励机制可以弱化工业机器人应用对其工资的负面影响,这有利于防止两极分化,实现共同富裕.
This paper uses data from CGSS and IFR to empirically examine the effects of industrial robot application on wage polarization.The results show that:(1)the application of industrial robots has caused wage polarization in China's labor market,which is mainly caused by routine-biased technological change and job replacement;(2)The heterogeneity analysis shows that the application of industrial robots will lead to wage polarization in female labors,young and middle-aged people,middle-aged and elderly people,and the eastern region;(3)Considering that wage polarization will have a negative impact on middle-skilled labor,this paper discusses the improvement path of wage polarization from the perspective of workers' rights protection and job incentive,and finds that improving labor union participation rate,medical insurance participation rate and signing labor contracts can improve the wages of middle-skilled workers.In addition,improving job autonomy and management level can weaken the negative impact of industrial robots on the wages of middle-skilled workers,which is conducive to preventing polarization and achieving common prosperity.
