通过 60 d 的养殖实验,研究了配合饲料替代冰鲜杂鱼对高体鰤(Seriola dumerili)幼鱼消化道指数及消化酶活性、肠道组织结构及菌群多样性、血清生化指标、肝脏免疫相关基因表达以及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:相较于冰鲜杂鱼组,投喂配合饲料组高体鰤幼鱼胃体比显著降低,而肠体比、肠道胰蛋白酶活性和肠道绒毛高度显著增加,表明配合饲料导致高体鰤幼鱼肠道消化能力减弱并且导致致病菌的丰度增加以至肠道健康状况下滑.此外,配合饲料投喂降低了血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的含量,但通过调控MyD88 的信号通路改善了免疫功能.另外,配合饲料通过加强血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),降低血清和肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)的含量以增强其抗氧化能力.研究证明开发高体鰤幼鱼配合饲料具有很大的潜力,但后续需要进一步调整和优化饲料配方.

The effects of replacing chilled trash fish with formulated feed on the digestive tract index and digestive enzyme activities,intestinal tissue structure and bacterial diversity,serum biochemical indices,hepatic im-mune-related gene expression,and antioxidant enzymes in the juvenile greater amberjack(Seriola dumerili)were studied in a 60-day aquaculture experiment.The stomach/body weight of juveniles was significantly lower in the formulated feed group compared to the chilled trash fish group.In contrast,the intestinal/body weight,intestinal trypsin activity,and villi length were markedly greater.These results indicated that the formulated feed reduced digestive capacity in the intestines of the juveniles and also enhanced the abundance of pathogenic bacteria,leading to a decline in intestinal health.Additionally,it suppressed the serum levels of high-density lipoproteins,triglycer-ides,and total cholesterol but improved the immune function by regulating the MyD88 signaling pathway.It also enhanced the serum total antioxidant capacity but reduced the serum and liver malondialdehyde levels,thereby bol-stering the antioxidant capacity.Thus,this study demonstrated the excellent potential of developing a compound feed for juvenile greater amberjack while noting that the formulated feed should be further adjusted and optimized through further research.
