变压器宽频传递特性建模方法研究OA

变压器是电力系统中关键的传导干扰路径,为提高电力系统中传导干扰噪声仿真的精确度和带宽,有必要建立一种变压器宽频传递模型.文中基于对工频变压器传导EMI特性的分析,针对现有模型和建模方法的优点和不足,对变压器传统低频模型进行改进,再将其与高频模型相结合建立了变压器的宽频模型.低频部分采用分布参数对变压器低频噪声的传输特性进行表征,并对绕组和铁心的频变涡流阻抗进行电路等效,建立了低频频变模型,保留了铁心和绕组的物理意义;高频部分将变压器看成黑盒,用S参数来描述高频噪声在变压器端口间的传递特性,并使用矢量匹配法对端口的导纳参数进行π型电路等效,然后通过导纳作差对低频模型的影响进行修正,建立了带宽为100 kHz~30 MHz的高频黑盒模型.最后将高频黑盒模型与低频频变模型并联得到变压器的宽频传递模型,并通过实验测试和仿真结果对比验证了建模方法的有效性.

Transformer is the key path for conducting interference in power system.For enhancing the accuracy and bandwidth of the simulation of conducted interference noise in power system,it is necessary to set up a transformer broadband transmission model.Based on the analysis of the conduction EMI characteristics of the power frequency transformer and as for the pros and cons of existing model and modelling method,the traditional low frequency model of transformer is improved and combined with the high frequency model so to set up the broadband model of trans-former.The distribution parameters are used in low-frequency part to characterize the transmission characteristics of the low-frequency noise of transformer and provide circuit equivalence to the frequency-variable eddy impedance of the winding and the core.The low-frequency variation model is set up and the physical significance of the core and winding is retained.In the high-frequency part the transformer is regarded as a black box,and the transmission char-acteristic of the high frequency noise between the transformer ports is described by the S parameters,the vector matching method is used to perform type π circuit equivalence of the admittance parameters of the port,and then the influence of the low-frequency model is corrected by subtracting the admittance so to set the high-frequency black box model with a bandwidth of 100 kHz-30 MHz.Finally,the high-frequency black box model and the low-frequency transformer model are in parallel to obtain the broad frequency tranmission model of the transformer,and the effec-tiveness of the modeling method is verified by comparing the experimental test and the simulation results.
