基于磁导—电容类比法的高频变压器电磁建模及参数提取方法OA
Electromagnetic Modeling and Parameter Extraction Method of High-frequency Transformer Based on Permeability-capacitance Analogy
高频变压器广泛运用于新能源发电、电动汽车、大规模直流源互联系统,建立一个高频变压器电磁模型,考虑铁心的非线性特性,预测高频条件下变压器的频变漏感、频变交流电阻具有重大意义.磁导—电容类比法相对于传统耦合电感模型、磁阻—电阻类比模型具有拓扑简单、能量关系清晰、可以运用于非平面建模等优势.文中根据有限元仿真,分析了心式高频变压器的磁场分布,建立了变压器的磁路模型.采用考虑可逆分量的Preisach模型模拟铁心的磁滞效应,根据Maxwell涡流场计算器提取漏磁区域的漏磁能量和平均磁通计算漏磁磁导,并结合Foster等效电路模拟了高频条件下绕组的频变效应,最后建立了变压器的回转器—磁导模型.与变压器短路实验结果对比,验证了模型电感、电阻参数的正确性.最后将变压器模型应用于隔离式双有源全桥DC-DC变换器(DAB-IBDC),验证了模型的适用性.
High-frequency transformers are widely used in new energy power generation,electric vehicles,and large-scale DC source interconnection systems.It is of great significance to set up a high-frequency transformer electro-magnetic model,consider the nonlinear characteristics of the iron core,predict the frequency-variable leakage in-duction and frequency-varying AC resistance of the transformer under high-frequency conditions.The permeability-capacitance analogy,compared with the traditional coupled inductance model and reluctance-resistance analogy model,has the advantages of simple topology,clear energy relationship,and can be applied to non-planar modeling.Based on finite element simulation,the magnetic field distribution of the core high-frequency transformer is ana-lyzed and the magnetic circuit model of the transformer is set up.The hysteresis effect of the core is simulated by the Preisach model considering the reversible component.Based on the Maxwell eddy current field calculator,the leakage magnetic energy and average flux in the leakage magnetic region are extracted to calculate the leakage mag-netic permeance.Combined with the Foster equivalent circuit,the frequency-dependent effects of the winding un-der hgih frequency conditions are simulated.A gyrator-permeability model of the transformer is developed.The cor-rectness of such parameters as inductance and resistance of the model is verified by comparison with the short cir-cuit experimental result of the transformer.Finally,the transformer model is applied to the isolated dual-active full-bridge DC-DC converter(DAB-IBDC)to verify the applicability of the model.
