一流学科拔尖创新人才培养的评价方法及持续改进措施探讨OA

为进一步实现拔尖创新人才培养,总结以往人才培养评价指标体系的构建成果,分析以往人才培养的评价方法的不足.提出拔尖创新人才培养效果多维度评价方法,建立针对不同人才培养类型的差异化分析评价机制及模型.构建拔尖创新人才自主培养的持续改善提升评价机制,形成基于过程评价分析的动态评价和反馈方法.该文的研究和探讨可以为一流学科支撑下拔尖创新人才自主培养的模式探索与实践的研究提供重要参考.

In order to further realize the training of top-notch innovative talents,this paper summarizes the achievements of the construction of the evaluation index system of talent training in the past,and analyzes the shortcomings of the evaluation methods of talent training in the past.This paper puts forward a multi-dimensional evaluation method for the training effect of top-notch innovative talents,and establishes a differentiated analysis and evaluation mechanism and model for different talent training types.The evaluation mechanism of continuous improvement and promotion for the independent training of top-notch innovative talents has been constructed,and a dynamic evaluation and feedback method based on process evaluation analysis has been formed.The research and discussion of this paper can provide important support for the research on the mode exploration and practice of the independent training of top-notch innovative talents under the support of first-class disciplines.
